The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating people, resources and processes to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The Role Manage projects from initial planning through to successful completion. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress through regular site visits and programme reviews. Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets and resource plans. Monitor project costs, commercial performance and overall profitability. Act as the main point of contact for clients, design teams and project stakeholders. Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and senior management. Manage project documentation, drawings and technical submissions.
