Key Responsibilities Assist senior chefs with preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes Ensure mise en place is completed and kitchen sections are kept organized Monitor food stocks and minimize wastage Follow hygiene and cleaning schedules Accept and store deliveries Collaborate with colleagues across departments during busy periods What you will bring Genuine passion for food and delivering exceptional dining experiences Can-do attitude and enthusiasm for learning Basic kitchen experience and knife skills (advantageous but not essential) Team spirit, sense of fun, and focus on quality and consistency
