Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the school''s premises, buildings, and grounds
  • Overseeing site security and health & safety compliance
  • Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and contractor works
  • Supervising cleaning services and site staff
  • Monitoring statutory checks and compliance records
  • Supporting school events, lettings, and operational requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in premises, facilities, or site management
  • A strong understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing contractors and site maintenance
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in maintaining a high-quality learning environment and supporting the wider school community.

An enhanced DBS check will be required.
