This is a fantastic opportunity to support a group of high-performing fee earners, including a key Corporate Finance Partner, in a dynamic and collaborative environment. They are a boutique firm offering hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home!

Responsibilities

Extensive diary and travel management

Creating and amending documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe

Proofreading and editing documents for grammar and accuracy

Full clean, strip and reformat of legal documents

Qualifications

An experienced Legal PA with 10+ years of experience in a City law firm

A document production expert who thrives under pressure

A self-starter who takes ownership and can multitask effectively

A confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner

Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-performing team
