ROLE PURPOSE: The GEDU Executive Leadership Programme is a selective rotational leadership pathway designed to develop future enterprise leaders within a fast-growing global education organization. It allows exceptional individuals to both gain a good understanding of the workings of GEDU and demonstrate their suitability for a senior role within the organization. The programme is designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs and interests of the individual. Participants will work in several departments, delivering key projects as agreed by the executive sponsor/ mentor in that department.
