The successful candidate will be a qualified teacher with a strong background in Games Design and proven experience leading curriculum programmes and managing an academic team. You will play a key role in maintaining high teaching standards, improving learner outcomes and driving continuous curriculum development. You will use course reviews, performance data and quality improvement information to evaluate and enhance curriculum delivery, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Games Design curriculum and academic team. Inspire, motivate and support teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. Monitor curriculum performance and implement quality improvement strategies. Use data, course reviews and learner outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
