The successful Assembler will be responsible for assembling small, intricate components to a high standard, ensuring quality and accuracy are maintained throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble small and intricate components to specification
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and work procedures
• Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards
• Work collaboratively as part of the production team

Skills & Knowledge Required

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience essential
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to carry out intricate and repetitive work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to overtime when required

• £12.71 per hour
• Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm
