Sales Administrator 25k- 28k Leatherhead Mon- Fri 8:30am-4:30pm Perm My client based in Leatherhead is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator who has knowledge and experience of processing quotations or have worked within the print industry looking to move away from production. You will be responsible for ensuring customers quotations are converted into orders and working with the wider departments such as production and administration. Ideally you shall come from the print industry or ideally something similar. Day to day of the Sales Administrator:Producing detailed quotations for customers off the back of enquires via phone and email or the business development exec.Converting quotations into orders by following up with customers, offering discounts or price matches etc.Manage the shared sales inbox handling a range of queries such as quotes, delivery updates, invoice queries etc.Updating the internal CRM system and using a range of Microsoft suites.Supporting the office administrator with general administration, documentation and storing relevant paperwork.Requirements of the Sales Administrator:Experience within the print industry such as office admin, production, hands on or looking to move into the office side.If haven''t worked in the print industry then quotations experience acting as a sales administrator.Strong attention to detail.Great communication skills.Can work full time in the office.If you are interested in the Sales Administrator role, please
