Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including washing, dressing and mobility.

• Support residents with their physical and emotional well-being.

• Monitor residents'' conditions and report any concerns to the relevant senior staff.

• Maintain accurate care records and follow individual care plans.

• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention and health and safety procedures.

• Work effectively with care home teams to deliver high-quality care.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a UK care home or nursing home.

• A compassionate, caring and professional attitude.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of personal care, safeguarding and infection prevention.

• Valid DBS on the Update Service.

• Up-to-date mandatory training certificates, including practical Moving and Handling training where required.

• The right to work in the UK.
