Grounds Maintenance Operative Based in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire Permanent, full-time Salary: £24,586 - £25,880 per annum This is a great opportunity for an experienced Grounds Maintenance professional to join our dedicated Estates team and help keep our communities looking their best. In this role, you will help maintain the appearance and upkeep of B3Living s estates, ensuring they remain attractive and welcoming for residents. Working as part of a small, customer-focused team, you will carry out a variety of grounds maintenance tasks such as grass and hedge cutting, shrub and border care, and landscaping improvements, including turfing, seeding, and planting. You ll also support weed control through safe and effective methods and ensure all sites are kept clean and tidy by collecting and responsibly disposing of green waste.
