My client is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to join their planned maintenance division. They have recently won a number of new contracts in their planned works division and as such they are looking to add to their team. They will be delivering planned maintenance works, all bathroom refurbishments Works will be delivered in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire Role specific information: Manage sub contractors on site CSCS card - Supervisor / Manager / Professionally qualified person SSSTS- ideally First Aid Previous experience managing labour-based activities (preferably within the construction industry) as a foreman. Full UK driving licence. Knowledge of industry HandS Site planning skills to ensure production targets are achieved. Experience supervising and running of contracts on site so work is completed on time, to required quality and cost effectively. Planning, set up and visit sites to check production and controls. On a day to day basis, you will act as an integral part of the operational team and carry out the following duties: Management of sub-contractors and direct operatives Lead the site team to the best of your ability Manage delivery of works to specification Have several direct reports to manage including RLO''s and office staff Pre and post inspections Health and safety and quality checks My client are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a proven track record managing and delivering planned maintenance.
