Own delivery planning, roadmap progress, resourcing, dependencies and risks. Provide technical direction across Android, iOS, Back End and full-stack development. Provide Android guidance across Kotlin, Jetpack, Compose/Views and architecture. Support technical decisions, code reviews, debugging and production issues. Drive quality, testing, accessibility, security, performance and reliability. Own services from discovery through production and continuous improvement. Key requirements 5+ years'' software engineering experience, including significant Android experience. Previous experience managing, leading or coaching engineering teams.
