Excellent benefits package, Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week.Key ResponsibilitiesManage motor claims from initial instruction through to settlement, ensuring high-quality service and technical accuracyConduct thorough investigations, gathering high-quality evidence including statements, photographs, and supporting documentationCommunicate proactively with all relevant parties, prioritising telephone engagement to progress claims efficientlyDemonstrate sound judgement in relation to liability, indemnity, and quantum, aligned with client requirementsProduce clear, informative reports that reflect the value of involvement and keep clients fully updatedMaintain detailed and accurate records of communications, decisions, milestones, and outcomesAllocate and manage your caseload in line with licensing requirements, escalating cases outside licence where appropriateUphold TCF principles and ensure compliance with all client SLAs, KPIs, and internal proceduresContribute positively to the wider team, supporting knowledge sharing and collaborati
