The organization has attracted notable early-stage investment and is used by teams across multiple leading law firms, reflecting its focus on bringing structure, efficiency, and modern technology to previously manual legal processes.The roleIn your new role as HR Coordinator, you will be working at an early-stage tech start-up as part of a small ambitious team where you will support across the full employee lifecycle from hiring and onboarding, HR policies and day-to-day people operations. Your key responsibilities will include:Setting up and maintaining HR systems, files, templates and processes.Managing HR inbox, responding to employee queries in a timely, supportive manner.Preparing employment letters, report, and documentation as needed.Managing HR administration including contracts, letters and absence tracking.Coordinating interviews across multiple teams, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.Assisting with probation reviews, performance documentation, and ongoing employee lifecycle steps.What do you need?In order to be successful in this role you will need:Previous experience in a similar HR role.Comfortable wor
