Key responsibilities: Undertake all duties of the CQC Registered Manager''s role under the CQC regulations Line management and supervision of staff team including nursing team Responsible for accidents, incidents, and complaints management within the service Lead on recruitment and retention of care staff to deliver outstanding service Establish and maintain robust operational procedures in the office to ensure high-quality service delivery Budget delivery Overall responsibility for the safe service delivery in line with CQC regulations and company policies and procedures Oversee all new service user mobilisations Participating in meetings and forums to assess service provision Required experience: Previous held a CQC Registration or strong CQC knowledge and willing to take on the registration Experience working with complex care conditions such as SCI, brain injury, ventilation and airway management as well as neurological conditions such as MND and MS.
