The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end procurement exercises, provide strategic commercial advice to senior stakeholders, and ensure procurement activity complies with relevant public-sector legislation and internal governance requirements. This is a senior procurement role requiring strong experience across public-sector procurement, Works/construction, NEC3/NEC4 contracts, commercial strategy and contract management.
