Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Assistant Manager / Customer Service Assistant to be the first point of contact for visitors and customers. The role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting general administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
