Work starts and ends at the yard in Surrey Salary Range: up to 30,000 DOE Van to travel to and from home is provided Holidays: 28 days inc bank holidays Skills and Experience: Full clean UK driving license Pa1 Pa6 spraying license preferred but if not training will be provided ROSPA certification - training will be provided Health and Safety awareness training will be provided Proven experience of grounds maintenance in a public setting (preferably) using a variety of manual and power tools Ability to operate a ride on mower Confident to lead the contract on site for Landform, showing courtesy and professionalism towards on site client, residents and the public Ability to plan and undertake tasks in line with contractual schedule of works, seasonality and client requirements Deliver consistent quality of service, showing motivation to get the job done to the expected standard every time Ability to lead one / two other supporting grounds maintenance staff
