Family Paralegal/Legal Assistant-Sunderland-Competitive Salary dependant on experience The Firm is looking to recruit a paralegal/trainee who has worked on files, preferably with a law degree as there will be client interaction.If not already a trainee will lead to a training contract.The candidate will assist a fee earner with Wills/Probate, LPA s and Family. Main Responsibilities:- Conduct legal research and gather case-related information.Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.Prepare discovery materials and assist with trial preparation.Manage case files and maintain organized documentation.Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.Assist attorneys in court proceedings and client meetings.File documents with the court and ensure compliance with legal procedures.
