Job Title: Property Investment Sales Executive

The Opportunity

Are you a proven sales professional who wants a £35k basic salary, 100% inbound leads, uncapped commission and two days a week working from home, with no cold calling and no hard sell?

Our client is an award-winning UK property investment company with over 1,000 clients, they buy property in bulk off plan directly from developers, which gives their clients access to discounted, off-market opportunities and gives you a strong, differentiated product to sell.

As a Property Investment Sales Executive, you''ll turn interested investors into clients and take them from first call to completion. Every lead comes to you. Your job is to convert them and your earnings reflect it with a realistic OTE of £100,000.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and conversion

• Hold strategy calls with investors who have already enquired, and convert them into clients
• Understand each investor''s goals, capital and appetite for involvement, then present suitable off-plan opportunities
• Explain the service, fee structure and investment case clearly and handle objections with confidence
• Close high-value property investment sales and consistently hit and exceed monthly targets
• Manage your own pipeline, follow up promptly and keep CRM records accurate

Client journey and repeat business

• Guide clients from reservation to completion, working with solicitors, mortgage brokers and property managers
• Keep deals moving and clients informed, so deals complete rather than fall through
• Build relationships that lead to repeat purchases and referrals
• Work with first-time investors, returning clients and overseas buyers

About you

Essential

• Proven sales track record with consistent target achievement in property investment sales
• Confident closer, comfortable discussing large sums and managing longer sales cycles
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• Motivated by commission and results, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and work effectively from home
• Honest, ethical sales approach
• Experience selling off-plan, new-build or buy-to-let property
