Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)£ A friendly school in Princes Risborough is seeking a dedicated Male TA to join their team immediately.

This role is perfect for someone who is patient, proactive, and committed to helping pupils achieve their full potential in a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support to pupils with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met
• Assist with classroom activities, behaviour management, and personalised learning plans
• Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create an inclusive and engaging environment
• Encourage independence and confidence in pupils through positive reinforcement
• Support pupils during lessons, breaks, and social activities

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and behaviour management strategies
• Calm, empathetic, and adaptable approach to supporting pupils with diverse needs
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Willingness to undertake relevant training (e.g., Team Teach, first aid)
