Your responsibilities will include: providing targeted support to pupils in lessons; assisting with classroom activities and resources; helping to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment; supporting students with additional needs, either one-to-one or in small groups; working closely with teachers to deliver differentiated learning; and contributing to the wider school community when required.
