Receptionist (School-Based) - Immediate Start
Location: Bexleyheath, South East London
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Days: Full time
Pay: GBP14.25 - GBP16.68 per hour
Duration: Immediate start until the end of the academic year
Are you an organised and proactive administrator looking for your next opportunity within a school environment?
We are working with a welcoming school seeking a reliable Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in the day-to-day running of a busy school office, providing administrative support to staff, pupils, parents, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing incoming phone calls, emails, and visitor enquiries
- Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records
- Supporting attendance monitoring and data entry
- Assisting with general administrative tasks and filing
- Providing excellent customer service to parents and external agencies
- Supporting the wider school team with day-to-day office operations
- Administering basic first aid when required
Requirements:
Previous office or administrative experience
Sims or Arbour expertise
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
