Year 3 Teacher - Rochester

A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Rochester is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September.

About the Role

As Year 3 Teacher, you will take full classroom responsibility, delivering engaging and well-sequenced lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will create a structured and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel motivated to achieve their best.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
• Supporting progress across English, Maths and the wider curriculum
• Using assessment effectively to inform teaching
• Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents

The Ideal Candidate

Applicants must:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have a recognised Bachelor''s degree or equivalent higher qualification
• Hold GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade 4/C or above) or recognised equivalents
• Demonstrate secure knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
• Show strong classroom management and organisational skills
