Age UK is hiring a Funded Delivery Manager to successfully manage the delivery of funded programme, projects and activity. This role will work closely with Age UK Network Partners and National Services to deliver high impact services, and with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure whole funded activity delivery is achieved.You''ll ensure that key deliverables and contractual obligations are met within a robust delivery management framework, planning for delivery using appropriate tools, and developing these plans across internal stakeholders involved in the delivery of the activity. You will ensure activities progress according to plan, adapting and reforecasting plans as required.
