A global management consulting firm is urgently seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join their Agile Delivery capability.Our client is looking for Scrum Masters with a Management Consulting background, who can drive agile delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary teams. You will be at the heart of transformational programmes, guiding teams in Agile and Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring delivery excellence for senior stakeholders.Responsibilities

Leading Agile ceremonies and ensuring Scrum values are embedded (commitment, focus, openness, respect, courage)Supporting teams and stakeholders in resolving blockers and impedimentsFostering collaboration and transparency across cross-functional teamsPromoting continuous improvement through feedback and adaptationCoaching teams on Agile/Scrum practices to build maturity and self-organisationEnhancing communication and stakeholder engagement to maximise delivery outcomesQualifications

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Scrum Master, working with cross-functional teams to deliver digital products and services. Consulting experience is essential, with exposure to public sector and/or private sector transformation programmes highly desirable.This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding Agile Delivery capability, shaping the way clients deliver digital transformation at scale.
