Role Responsibilities:

• Deliverandnbsp;engagingandnbsp;andandnbsp;thought-provokingandnbsp;lessons acrossandnbsp;Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential to teachandnbsp;KS5
• Design aandnbsp;diverseandnbsp;andandnbsp;inclusive curriculumandnbsp;that fostersandnbsp;critical thinking,andnbsp;literary analysis, andandnbsp;effective communication
• Implementandnbsp;formative and summative assessmentsandnbsp;to monitor progress and tailor instruction
• Contribute toandnbsp;enrichment programmesandnbsp;such asandnbsp;book clubs,andnbsp;debating societies, andandnbsp;theatre excursions
• Work collaboratively with staff to promoteandnbsp;cross-curricular literacyandnbsp;and supportandnbsp;whole-school initiatives

• Experience teaching English at secondary level (althoughandnbsp;enthusiastic ECTsandnbsp;are strongly encouraged to apply!)
