Our client is a long established main contractor, whose-growth and expansion in recent years has made them one of the most exciting names in the London and South East construction scene.-They operate across high end residential, commercial, hotel,-student accommodation, retail and mixed use projects.

They now require a high calibre Design Manager to join their team on a -40m residential new build in Mill Hill.

The ideal candidate will already possess:

• A minimum of 8-years construction design experience.
• Large scale new build residential-project experience.
• Main contracting career experience - advantage.
• Stable career history (ie good length of engagement)
• Relevant industry qualifications.

In return for the above, our client will offer a competitive salary negotiable on experience, but will be competitive.
