Are you a CNC Setter / Operator looking for a days-based, local role within a longstanding manufacturer known for looking after their staff who offer optional overtime and a bonus to increase your earnings?

Established in the 1950''s, this independent sub-contractor manufactures precision components for a range of sectors such as the automotive, medicine, defence, oil & gas with a focus on the Aerospace industry. Due to an ever increasing workload they are looking for another Machinist to join their friendly team.

In this days-based role, you will be running both a Mill and a Lathe, undertaking primarily setting and operating in addition to supporting with programming (training can be provided). You will work within a tight-knit team as you work on a range of projects and have the opportunity to increase your earnings through optional overtime.

This role will suit a CNC Setter/Operator who is looking to join an established company that offers a good work life balance and an exciting workload as well as optional training to upskill yourself.

The Role:

• Setting and operating Mills and Lathes
• Undertake programming (training provided)
• Working Monday-Thursday (7:30am-4:30pm) and Fridays (7:30am-12:30pm) with flexible start and finish time
• Opportunity for overtime (1.5x pay), training and quarterly attendance bonus

The Person:

• CNC Setter / Operator or similar
• Experience working on Mills and Lathes
• Commutable to Woking
