HR Business Partner
Role: HR Business PartnerSector: Public SectorDuration: Contract 2 months Location: Cambridgeshire (NR4 and PE27)Salary: 210 UMB per day Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our client based in Cambridgeshire. This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 4 days a week required onsite. The duties of the HR Business Partner include:Working in partnership with Community Unit and Service Leads to provide professional customer-focused HR advice and People focused solutions that support the business.Promoting, embedding and becoming an exemplar subject matter expert on all HR / people management matters, including acting as a conduit to other Workforce functions.In conjunction with the Recruitment and Retention Business Partner Lead on recruitment and retention strategies and plans within your services, to create and deliver actions to address recruitment hotspots and high turnover areas, with the aim to ensure the services achieve their workforce plans.Working collaboratively with other workforce colleagues and the strategic Workforce Planning Lead, to support your services to have in place a realistic, proactive, measurable and achievable Workforce plans.Acting, advising and leading locally on all HR key activities including but not limited to; Employee Relations, Workforce Diversity and Inclusion, Staff Health and Wellbeing and Staff survey actions.Identifying and managing workforce issues and major change progr
