This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements.We also welcome applications from experienced Deputy Managers or strong Care Coordinators who are ready to take the next step into a Registered Manager position, with full support provided.Key Responsibilities Act as the Registered Manager with the CQC, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements Lead, motivate, and develop a team of care and office staff to deliver outstanding domiciliary care Ensure care packages are safely delivered, reviewed, and tailored to individual client needs Maintain high standards of safeguarding, quality assurance, and risk management Manage budgets, staffing levels, and operational performance effectively Build positive relationships with clients, families, commissioners, and external professionals Drive continuous improvement and support service growth within the local community About You Registered Manager experience, or Deputy Manager experience within domiciliary care, or Strong Care Coordinato
