This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Working closely with the Retaining Walls team, you will play a key role in driving sales, managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, and developing relationships with both existing customers and new clients.The role offers a varied mix of sales, business development, technical quotation work, supplier liaison, and customer engagement, including office and site visits.Key Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle for Poundfield s retaining wall products, from initial enquiry and quotation through to order completion.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries by telephone, email, and in person.Interpret technical drawings and prepare accurate, competitive project quotations.Develop a thorough understanding of our products, manufacturing processes, and technical capabilities.Obtain and compare costs from existing and new suppliers, supporting effective procurement.Maintain commercial awareness and develop a strong network of industry contacts.
