This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of young people by supporting their wellbeing, personal development and future pathways.In this role, you will work closely with students aged 11-18, many of whom have SEMH, ASD or additional needs, providing consistent pastoral support, coaching and guidance to help them succeed both in education and beyond.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 mentoring and coaching to support students'' emotional wellbeing and personal developmentSupport young people with career awareness, aspirations and next stepsDeliver engaging life skills, employability and enrichment sessionsBuild positive, trusting relationships with students to encourage engagement and resilienceSupport behaviour using trauma-informed and de-escalation strategiesWork collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs and external agenciesMonitor and record student progress, wellbeing and behaviour in line with safeguarding proceduresPromote independence, confidence and positive decision-makingAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is: Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs Experienced in mentoring, youth work, coaching or pastoral roles Confident supporting students ..... full job details .....
