They do good for the community, and now is your opportunity to join the team.This is a newly created role, and the successful candidate shall manage key accounts, overseeing the entire accounts administration process, providing after-sales support, following up on new business opportunities, and providing high levels of ''customer first'' service.Key Responsibilities:Servicing as the primary point of contact for key client accountsMaintaining and fostering strong relationships, ensuring their needs are metProviding after-sales support to maximise customer loyalty and satisfactionRemain in regular contact with customers to understand their needsNegotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales recordsIdentify and following up on future sales opportunities, attending exhibitions and meeting clients to form new relationshipsWork closely with the Business Development team regarding marketing and client engagementTracking marketing campaigns, working closely with internal and external contractors to ensure communications are produced within adequate timeframes.Experience required:Key account management experience and a proven kn
