£16 starting rate, rising to £18–£20 once qualified.Chef de Partie:
£17 starting rate, rising to £19–£22 once qualified.Based on average hourly earnings over the past 3 months, including tronc.Working Hours:

Prepare, cook, and serve high-quality wok dishes, noodle dishes, and appetisersOperate your chef station with precision and attention to detailMaintain high standards of food hygiene, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanlinessTrain and support junior kitchen team membersWork collaboratively with a team of passionate chefs during busy servicesEnsure consistency, portion control, and fast service in a high-volume kitchenWe''re Hiring Chefs Who:Have previous experience in a
Chef de Partie, Wok Chef, Noodle Chef, or Commis Chef
roleHave worked in an
Asian kitchen, Chinese restaurant, Taiwanese restaurant, or other pan-Asian cuisineUnderstand traditional
Chinese cooking techniques
