The organisation offers generous holiday entitlement, hybrid working, and off-street parking.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of monthly management accounts for the Charity GroupLeading the budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes across the Group.Producing detailed financial analysis and variance reporting for senior management and Trustees.Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and managing the annual audit process.Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet accounts, including intercompany transactions and restricted funds.Overseeing VAT returns, payroll reporting and other statutory submissions.Producing board reports and financial packs to support strategic decision-making.Supporting compliance with Charity Commission, HMRC, Companies House and other regulatory requirements.Overseeing the work of a junior team memberUse of XeroCandidate RequirementsFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).Previous experience working within the charity or not-for-profit sector is essential.Strong experience preparing
