They are experts in high-performance syntactic materials. Role Requirements Performance of the quality management system, producing data and reporting on performance, measuring against set standards. Initial priorities will be around the Production / Manufacturing areas but this is an all-encompassing Quality role. Your ultimate goal is to drive through Quality initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and improvement in margin. Primary Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities Critical assessment of the company s quality procedures, ensuring that you initiate the appropriate actions to either devise and establish or further embed the company s quality procedures, standards and specifications in order to attain and maintain relevant quality standards. Responsible for the handling of all internal and externally generated NCRs, ensuring a robust root cause analysis is carried out and appropriate corrective and preventative actions plans are implemented and in place. Act as liaison between suppliers and customers if appropriate. Reviewing everyday factory floor activities in order to train operators implement and operate lineside quality checks.
