The successful candidate will carry out minor maintenance, operate the plant and ensure the plant is running to maximum capacity. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the Anaerobic Digestion plant, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performanceOperate and monitor the plant via SCADA systems, maintaining optimal process control and outputCarry out visual inspections and fault-finding on plant and equipment, accurately logging data to assess plant healthPerform first line maintenance activities, including safe isolation of equipment for routine servicing and minor repairs.Feed the plant in line with prescribed operating regimes to maximise biogas production and overall efficiency.Safely operate forklift trucks and site machinery in accordance with site proceduresMaintain high standards of housekeeping, ensuring the site remains clean, organised, and compliant.Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, safety, and operational performance.Participate in the review of risk assessments and safe systems of work, supporting ongoing health and safety improvements.
