THG Nutrition B2B is a high-growth channel focused on wholesale, distribution and strategic partnerships across global markets. The finance team supports commercial negotiations, pricing strategy, margin optimisation and performance tracking. We’re seeking a high-impact Finance Business Partner to support our B2B and Retail teams with exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision-making. You’ll help shape strategy, optimise performance and drive financial control across a fast-growing global channel.As a B2B Finance Business Partner you will

Partner with B2B commercial teams to shape pricing strategies, margin optimisation, and deal structuring.Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for B2B channels, ensuring alignment with divisional targets.Provide actionable financial insight and challenge to drive profitability and operational efficiency.Review and support commercial proposals and distributor agreements including scrutinising promotional plans and wider customer investments.Monitor and report on key KPIs including revenue, margin, and customer performance.Support onboarding of new B2B partners from a financial perspective.Drive improvements in forecasting and reporting tools.Collaborate with wider divisional and central finance functions to ensure accurate accounting and compliance.Champion continuous improvement across finance operations.What skills and experience do I need for this role?

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) with proven business partnering experience.Experience in FMCG, retail, or B2B environments is highly desirable.Commercially sharp, analytically strong, and confident in influencing senior stakeholders.Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.Proactive, resilient, and driven to challenge the status quo.What’s in it for me?
