We''re recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business in Sittingbourne. This is a hands-on role operating specialist production equipment, assembling products, carrying out quality checks and helping to ensure production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate specialist manufacturing machinery.
• Assemble products to specification.
• Carry out quality inspections throughout production.
• Measure finished products accurately.
• Complete production records.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
• Follow company quality and health & safety procedures.
• Support other production areas when required.

About You

You''ll ideally have:

• Previous manufacturing, production or assembly experience.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, reliable and proactive approach.
• A willingness to learn new skills and become multi-skilled.
