Head of Commercial Insights We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Commercial Insights to shape data-driven strategies for a complex, international B2B business. In this role, you will lead a small but capable insights team (BI + pricing) and bridge the gap between operational leadership and data analysts, economists, and commercial thinkers. Your focus will be on guiding where to prioritise efforts and why.Key Responsibilities: Lead the Commercial Insights function across 20+ business units in Europe.Provide clarity and structure to drive performance, growth, and prioritisation using data.Align BI and pricing efforts with commercial priorities, translating complex trends into actionable intelligence.Collaborate with regional GMs, commercial directors, and sales teams to define focus areas and track progress.Standardise tools and reporting while emphasising the importance of data insights.Influence change and bring teams on the journey towards insight-led operations.
