This is a Financial Controller role offering a clear and achievable route into a Finance Director position within the next 12 to 24 months. The position has arisen due to a recent change within the team, creating an opportunity for someone to step in and take ownership of the finance function while driving improvement and change. You will be joining at a key stage of the company''s growth, with the chance to build a more commercially focused finance function that will support the business through its next phase and longer-term strategic objectives. The responsibilities of the Financial Controller will be:Leading the day-to-day running of the finance function while strengthening processes, systems and controlsDelivering accurate and meaningful financial information to support strategic decision makingPartnering with senior leadership to provide insight on performance and key business driversIdentifying and implementing initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiencyDriving improvements across reporting, controls and financial governanceSupporting longer-term business plan
