This is a standard day shift role, but flexibility is essential, candidates must be available outside of core hours should operational issues arise.Key Responsibilities: Develop efficient working methods for assembly and implement modern production engineering techniques. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant. Drive effectiveness, quality, and cost-efficiency across all objectives set by management. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide support to the Maintenance team and collaborate with other departments.Skills and Experience: Strong PC skills are essential; proficiency in AutoCAD is highly desirable. Solid understanding of conventional machining capabilities and limitations. Practical experience in facility layout and ergonomics is advantageous. Minimum qualification of BTEC/HNC in a relevant engineering field is preferred.Personal Attributes: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
