Finance Assistant - Central Birmingham Contract: 6-month temp to perm Hours: 5 days per week Hybrid: 4 days in office,1 from home Location: Modern offices in central Birmingham - Great transport links SF Recruitment are currently looking for a proactive Finance Assistant who''s confident across purchase ledger, payments and bank reconciliations, with a sharp eye for detail and a can-do attitude. What you''ll be doing: Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs Reconciling statements and handling queries Raising intercompany invoices Preparing GBP / EUR / USD cashbooks and weekly cashflow forecasts Managing Concur expenses and credit card reconciliations Supporting month/year-end reporting and VAT returns Ad hoc finance tasks across the team What we''re looking for:Immediately available to consider a temporary to permanent opportunitity Solid experience in a finance/purchase ledger role Confident communicator at all levels Excel skills (VLOOKUP essential) Proactive, accurate, and organised Why join us?
