Head of FP&A

This position is more than traditional FPandA—it’s about acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insight-led analysis that underpins key decisions. You’ll also have the opportunity to build and scale the FPandA function in line with ambitious expansion plans.Key Responsibilities
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Design and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and capital requirements.
Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver insights that drive efficiency, performance, and informed decision-making.
Produce accurate and timely KPI reporting and variance analysis, identifying key trends and drivers.
Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership and the board.
Introduce process improvements to strengthen FPandA accuracy and impact.
Leverage financial systems and tools to automate reporting and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Strong track record in a senior FPandA role, with proven business partnering expertise.
Experience working in a multi-site or complex business environment.
Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel expertise essential).
Proficient in ERP systems, planning tools, and data visualisation platforms.
Results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on adding value.
