Providing residential and respite care for 31 residents, the home care team focus on kindness and compassion when meeting the needs of their residents. What would a typical day look like? Supporting individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.) Providing companionship and offering social interaction Maintaining accurate resident records Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable Supporting and leading our existing care team Whether you are an experienced senior care assistant or are ready to take your first step into a senior role, we will provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
