Engineering Manager Utilities & Facilities
Are you an Engineering Manager seeking to join a well-established factory that has a excellent strategic development and vision in place.
You will be to leading Facilities & Utilities on site, driving reliability, efficiency, and smarter use of energy, water, and infrastructure, deliver leadership with a real impact across the business.

Day to day
* Lead and develop a skilled engineering team
* Own performance of utilities & facilities systems (energy, water, HVAC, gas, ammonia)
* Deliver maintenance strategy and capital projects
* Ensure compliance with BOAS, Legionella control, LOTO, PUWER, hazards and wastewater effluent regulations
* Drive efficiency, sustainability, and cost improvements
* Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
* Manage Facilities sub contractors etc
* Engineering Electrical qualified to High Voltage level
* Experience in utilities, facilities, or industrial environments
* Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance (BOAS, Legionella, PUWER, LOTO, effluent control)
* Proven leadership and project delivery experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
