Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term with potential to go permanent, plus supply opportunities Availability: Full-time and part-time positions available About the Role A specialist further education setting in Coventry is seeking dedicated SEND Teaching Assistants to support learners with a wide range of additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about helping young people develop independence, communication skills, and confidence in a supportive, inclusive environment. You''ll be working with learners aged 16-25 who have diverse needs, including physical disabilities, autism, communication challenges, and complex learning difficulties. The setting offers strong staff support, ongoing training, and clear progression opportunities.
