Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team and oversee large-scale commercial projects across the UK and beyond. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, proactive Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has experience running major projects of varying scale, and ideally brings knowledge of the hospitality sector. As a key member of the business, you ll take full responsibility for projects from inception to snagging and completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. You ll also play a vital role in managing client relationships, keeping stakeholders engaged and supported throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves travel across the UK, Channel Islands, and occasionally further afield, so flexibility in working hours is required. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee planning, coordination, and control of assigned projects from start to finish.Appoint and monitor labour and site management with the Head of Contracts and wider team.Manage and analyse labour costs alongside the QS.Produce project programmes, contractor reports, and meeting documentation.Lead client and contract m
