Targeted Support Officer

Location: Remote, Laurence House, London SE6 4RU

Contract Duration: 10+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 19.50 per hour

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to ensure the effective delivery of our services. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality support to our clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted support strategies to meet the needs of our clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support services and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of support activities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff to enhance their ability to deliver support services.
• Work closely with external partners to align support efforts and achieve common goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and outcomes.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in a support or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
